This is the new Web site for the Thyme Out Cafe.

I'm pictured here during our opening week with my wife Cheryl and youngest of our daughters Lydia, Mia and Niamh.  I'd like you to have a look around the site and then come along and sample my creations!

My newly refurbished licensed premises in Heswall provides a smart but informal setting for you to visit and enjoy the wide range of beverages, snacks, meals and sweets on offer.

We're Located on Brimstage Road just a short walk from the railway station and we can offer you every means of refreshment during our daytime opening hours.   From a quick coffee and a cake whilst waiting for your train, to a superb lunch from my special menu, complete with an ice cold beer or glass of quality wine.

Wherever possible, I select quality locally produced ingredients for use within my recipes so my specials change frequently.  Examples of a typical menu can be found by clicking here.

With three small children of our own we know that eating out with children can be stressful.  Therefore if you have children, we want to make your visit to our cafe as hassle-free as possible.

To this end we have provided high chairs and baby changing facilities for those of you with small children and children's lunch boxes, colouring in and small toys for those of you with older children to entertain.
